Welcome to
Missense3D-PTMdb is a comprehensive resource which allows users to explore millions of variants, post-translational modifications (PTMs),
and topology information, if any, for the collection of canonical proteins within the human proteome (~20,000). Users can visualize these features on a 3D AlphaFold
model for their protein of interest by simply providing (1) a gene name or UniProt ID, (2) a position
within the canonical UniProt protein sequence, and (3) the wild type residue at that position.
Preprint now available in bioRxiv
